Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She is best known for playing the role of lead as Anna Garner in the television series The Girl Experience . She performed her first film part in the Babysitters when she was Brenda Woodberg. Krause first studied drama as a college student before appearing in Broadway as well as off Broadway productions. The family of her father is half-Japanese origin and her mother is American. Nathaniel, her younger brother is an actor as well as a director. After studying at Washington School of Ballet and performing in musicals, plays as well as other shows of Henry Krieger and Bill Russell in high school she began to focus on her passion for the arts. When she was in the fall of her Senior year she was enrolled at Carnegie Mellon Drama School. Shortly after Krause realized she was ready to begin her professional acting career. After performing on stage in the show Aida and receiving the Equity card. Louisa Krause began her career in the theatre. She was a part of the production of Huntington Theatre Company. 2007 was the year she performed Iphigenia in the Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 performance.
